User Account Registration
1. Unable to Complete Registration
The WeSync Registration form requires your browser to accept cookies in order to complete the registration process. If you don't know how to determine if your browser is set to accept cookies, consult the browser's Help menu.
2. 'User Name already exists' Error
If you have tried to Register with several unique User Names and continually get a 'User Name already exists' error after completing Registration, updating your browser to the latest version should allow you to register successfully.
