Internet Connection (Proxy Servers & Firewalls)
Though WeSync is designed to support standard HTTP over port 80, and also to recognize Internet log-on authentication requests, there may be some proxy server or firewall configurations that are not yet accommodated.

See FAQ #6: "Can WeSync be used through a firewall or proxy server?" for more information.

IMPORTANT
If you have any "ad blocker" filtering type programs installed, such as AdSubtract®  or Proxymitron, data that you synchronize through the WeSync Server is at risk to either become corrupted or possibly get lost. We therefore recommend that you either configure it to allow direct communication with the WeSync Server or disable it when you synchronize with the WeSync Server.
