Un-Installing WeSync
1. Remove WeSync from Your Desktop
- Launch the Windows Control Panel (Start > Settings > Control Panel)
- Launch the Add/Remove Programs application
- Double-click or select 'WeSync.com WeSync'
- Click 'Add Remove'
- Click 'OK' in response to the 'Are you sure…' dialog
- Delete the c:\Palm\<username>\WeSync folder
- Shut down & restart your computer
Important Note for Intellisync Users
If you use Intellisync to synchronize your handheld with a 3rd party PIM (such as Microsoft Outlook), please note that using Add/Remove Programs to uninstall WeSync can cause the Intellisync conduits to become damaged. Until we fix this problem, the solution is to:
- Uninstall both the Palm Desktop Software and Intellisync
- Delete the directories for each application
- Shut down & restart your computer
- Reinstall Palm Desktop Software, then Intellisync
2. Delete WeSync from Your Handheld
- From the main handheld applications screen, tap the built-in Menu icon
- Tap 'Delete' under the 'App' menu
- Select 'wsCalendars', tap 'Delete' then 'Yes'
- Repeat for 'wsContacts'
- Tap 'Done'
